New Feature Spotlight:
- We are excited to roll out Member Roaming! With the new Organization container, Members within an Organization can connect to any other site within that Organization. Check out our related How-To article on Member Roaming for more information.
Quality of Life Updates:
- If staff belong to multiple sites, the list to toggle between the sites has been enhanced to include a search field and sites are organized in alphabetical order.
- Delete Network & Contents button now available to remove the contents of a network. This includes users, devices, and registration codes.
- Reboot NAC button is now available within the the Equipment view in Settings. Designed to be a helpful tool in troubleshooting and resolving issues with the captive portal.
- Reset user password is now available on the Member record. Now Staff can manually send a password reset email to Members.
Bug Fixes:
- Released a fix where some sites experienced errors when uploading images within the white-label settings
- Released an end-to-end database upgrade that improves compliance, security, and performance
- Attained SOC 2 Type 2 Compliance
