The help widget is a small icon that is on the bottom right-hand of the admin dashboard. Admins can use it to check our knowledge base articles for guidance about isofy and to open a ticket. 


This article will guide you on how to use the Help Center. 


Support for isofy members is also provided through a widget that can be accessed by clicking the "help" button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.



The first tab, "Got questions" contains documentation on frequently asked questions concerning the isofy dashboard, connection issues, how-to videos, and other documentation. If the documentation cannot solve the problem you are experiencing,



Feel free to use the other tab which is a "Contact Support" form that you can use to open a ticket if you need help from isofy.


Important: When opening a ticket, please ensure that the email address is that of the staff member opening the ticket, and include which site is having an issue, the user's information in the description, and a detailed description of the request or issue. Also, please attach any helpful files.
