Public IP

A static Public IP allows members to access specific devices—such as a personal firewall, network printer, or server—from outside the isofy network.


To proceed with requesting a public IP, please create a ticket or email us at support@isofy.tech along with the information needed:

  1. The member’s company name or network name

  2. Their Salesforce ID

  3. The port number they will be using


Once we have this information, we can proceed with your request.
