If your space uses a member management platform such as Nexudus, OfficeRnD, or Deskworks, you can sign in to your isofy user dashboard using the same email and password you already use with that platform. You do not need to create or remember a separate isofy password.
This article explains how signing in works, what to do if your password is not accepted, and answers a few common questions.

How Signing In Works
When you go to your space's dashboard URL (for example, yourcoworkingspace.isofy.io) and enter your email and password, isofy contacts your space's member management platform to confirm the password is correct. If the platform accepts your credentials, isofy signs you in.
A few important points:
- isofy never stores or sees your platform password. It only asks the platform to confirm whether the password is correct.
- If you change your password at Nexudus, OfficeRnD, or Deskworks, the new password takes effect immediately on your next isofy sign-in. You do not need to update anything in isofy.
- If you are also a member at a different space that uses isofy but does not have an integrated platform, you may still need a separate isofy password for that space.
Before You Can Sign In
Before you can sign in to the user dashboard, you need to have a member record at the space. This record is created automatically the first time you connect to the space's Wi-Fi and complete the captive portal, or when a staff member invites you through the isofy admin dashboard.
If you have not yet visited the space and have not been invited by staff, your platform credentials will not work for the dashboard yet. Once you connect to the space's Wi-Fi or receive an invitation, dashboard access becomes available.
What If My Password Is Not Accepted
If you enter your email and password but isofy reports that the sign-in failed, try the following in order:
- Double-check that the email address you are using is the same one your space has on file at Nexudus, OfficeRnD, or Deskworks.
- Try signing in to your platform directly (for example, log in to your Nexudus member portal) to confirm your password works there. If it does not, reset your password at the platform first, then return to isofy.
- If you have never signed in to the dashboard before, your member record may not yet be set up. Visit the space, connect to the Wi-Fi, and try again. If the issue persists, contact your space's staff.
- If your space's platform is experiencing an outage, dashboard sign-in may be temporarily affected. Try again later, or contact your space's staff for assistance.
Common Questions
Do I need to set up an isofy password?
No. If your space uses an integrated platform, your platform password is all you need. You will not be asked to create an isofy password.
Can I change my password from the isofy dashboard?
No. Password changes must be made directly at your platform (Nexudus, OfficeRnD, or Deskworks). The new password applies on your next isofy sign-in.
What if I forget my password?
Use your platform's password reset process. isofy does not have a separate reset flow for these accounts.
Why is my password for this space different from my password at another isofy-managed space?
Different spaces may use different platforms, or none at all. Each space uses whichever credentials are managed for that location.
Troubleshooting
If you continue to have trouble signing in after trying the steps above, contact your space's staff. They can confirm that:
- Your member record is set up correctly at the space.
- Your account at Nexudus, OfficeRnD, or Deskworks is active.
- The integration between your space and the platform is working correctly.
