DASHBOARD OVERVIEW

Upon opening the isofy dashboard, you’ll be greeted by the homepage displaying the current number of active users and devices, as well as a list of each individual connected to your network.

On the left side of the screen, you’ll see the blue navigation panel. This is what you’ll use to move around to the different sections of the isofy dashboard. At the top, you’ll find the homepage, which by now you are familiar with.

USERS

Moving down is the users tab which opens up into four subsections: members, guests, staff and roles. These sections will act as your main hub to manage your active members, staff and guests and the permissions allowed to each.

Devices

Below this, you’ll see the devices section. Within this, there are two subsections, overview and unassigned. This will be where you see all active devices, who they’re assigned to, and how to add extra devices.

Networks

Moving on to the Networks tab, this is where you can create and manage the individual networks at your site.

CODES

The codes tab allows you to create and assign unique codes for private networks. So users are automatically assigned to their network.

DATA

The data section has two subsections, charts and export. Use these as a quick way to view all your relevant network traffic data. You can also export it or any other data from your site into a downloadable file.

SETTINGS

Finally, you’ll see the settings section, which has three subsections: business, equipment and integrations. These pages will be the main way you can change all the settings pertaining to your network and equipment as well as general business settings and integrations.
