SETTINGS TAB

Under the Settings tab on the isofy dashboard, you’ll see three subsections: business, equipment and integrations.

BUSINESS

Here you can find the general settings for your business such as your business name, timezone and web-address. If you click on the white-label above, this will give you the option to change the logo and accent colors seen when your users log in to the captive portal. Now on the sign in tab, you’ll have the ability to customize your captive portal, whether you allow users to register themselves and what page users are redirected after connecting.

EQUIPMENT

Now looking on the equipment tab, you will see all the relevant data pertaining to your network access controller aka the brain of isofy. While this data is not directly editable, you can contact our support team to make any changes. You can also see if your network access controller is online.

The firewall section is similar to the equipment section, it shows you all the information in your firewall. Unlike the NAC section, here is where you can change or edit some of the information like its name.

The switches and the APs (or access points) tab shows you a list of all the APs and switches connected to your network at your site. Additionally, if you click on a device, you can view and change its relevant information as well as the connected users in real time.

INTEGRATION

Let’s move on to the integration tab. Here you can view and customize all the integrations available to you. By clicking on them, you can enable integration on your network and change any settings.
