Here's how to graduate a guest to a member within the admin dashboard:

Part 1: Graduating the Guest to a Member

  1. Access the Users Section:

    • Log in to your admin dashboard.
    • Navigate to the "Users" section.
  2. Locate Guest Accounts:

    • Within the "Users" section, find and click on the "Guests" tab or filter.
  3. Search for the Guest:

    • Use the search bar to locate the guest account by their email address.
  4. Access the Guest's Profile:

    • Click on the guest's profile to open their details.
  5. Locate the Virtual Network Setting:

    • Within the guest's profile, find the "Virtual Network" setting.
  6. Open the Network Selection Dropdown:

    • Click the dropdown menu next to the guest's current network.
  7. Select the Member's Private Network:

    • Search for and select the private network the guest should be assigned to.
  8. Update the Network Setting:

    • Click the "Update" button to apply the changes.

Part 2: Sending the Account Setup Invite

  1. Navigate to the Members Section:

    • Go back to the "Users" section in the admin dashboard.
    • Click on the "Members" tab.
  2. Search for the Member:

    • Use the search bar to find the member's profile by their email address.
  3. Access the Member's Profile:

    • Click on the member's profile.
  4. Locate the Email Invite Icon:

    • Look for an envelope icon within the member's profile.
  5. Send the Email Invite:

    • Click the envelope icon. This will send an email invitation to the member, prompting them to set up their isofy account.
    • The member should receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to create their account.
