If you are unable to access a specific website, application, or service, please note the following:
isofy Does Not Block Access
Our network infrastructure does not block or restrict access to any legitimate websites, applications, or services. Our firewalls and network policies are configured to allow full access to the public internet.
Troubleshooting the Issue
If you encounter a blocked or unreachable website, the restriction is almost certainly occurring elsewhere. Here are the most common causes:
VPN or Proxy: If you are using a VPN or corporate proxy, your traffic is routed through external servers that may block the site based on their policies. Try temporarily disconnecting your VPN to test access.
Device Software: Your issue may be caused by local security settings, firewalls, or browser extensions on your device (antivirus software, browser filtering, ad-blockers, etc.).
Website-Specific Issue: The website or service itself may be down, undergoing maintenance, or restricting access based on location.
If you have ruled out the possibilities above and still cannot access a critical service, please contact our support team with the full URL and the MAC address of your device.
