The Member dashboard is your personal hub for managing the devices connected to your network. While the easiest way to register a new device is through the captive portal when you first connect to the Wi-Fi, you can also add devices at any time directly from your dashboard.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: I don't know my MAC address. Where do I find it? A: See the "What is a MAC address?" section above for instructions by device type. If you're still not sure, a quick web search for "[your device model] MAC address location" will usually surface detailed instructions.
Q: I added the device but it's not connecting. A: Double-check that the MAC address was entered correctly, with no extra spaces or typos. MAC addresses are typically formatted as six pairs of characters separated by colons or hyphens (e.g., AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF). If it still won't connect, try removing and re-adding the device, or reach out to your space's staff.
Q: I got an error saying I've reached my device limit. A: Your space may have a limit on how many devices can be registered per member. If you see the message "This device exceeds the member's device limit," you'll need to delete an unused device before adding a new one, or contact your space's staff to have your limit adjusted.
Q: Can I just connect to the Wi-Fi without going through the dashboard? A: Yes. The easiest way to register a new device is to connect to the Wi-Fi and complete the sign-in through the captive portal. isofy will automatically register the device to your account. The Add New Device button in the dashboard is a manual alternative, useful when the captive portal isn't accessible (such as for devices without a browser).
Q: Which network will my device be placed on? A: Devices are automatically assigned to your network. To see which network that is, check the Network tab in your Member dashboard.
